Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping is free on all orders of 2 or more tubs. Single tub orders are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at info@trytailspan.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, email us at info@trytailspan.com with your order number and we will resend or refund your order at no charge.

Subscription Shipments Subscription orders follow the same processing and delivery times as one-time orders. You will receive a notification email before each subscription renewal ships.

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
